Drawing on his experience as a project manager and designer, he strives to foster a collaborative creative process that contributes to a more positive, sustainable, and inclusive designed environment. Patrick received his Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University and is a registered architect in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED AP, BD+C. Previously, Patrick worked with Torti Gallas and Partners, focusing on mixed-use and retail development; carrying projects from entitlement to construction administration. He also worked with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson focusing on federal government offices and data centers. His main focus for over 12 years has been on residential and mixed-use projects throughout the greater DC metro area from early stages of conceptual design to project management.
