The site is located on the blocks bounded by South Fern Street, 12th Street S., South Eads Street and the planned 11th Street S in Pentagon City, Va. The program shall consist of two mixed use residential buildings and new public plaza in between. Housing a total of 300 residential units and approximately 39,000 sf of retail in both buildings the two buildings are broken into sub-buildings to give a more pedestrian scaled and organic texture to the area. MWA is providing full architectural services for this project; It is currently in the Arlington County 4.1 Site Plan Process.
