Located at Monroe Street Market, adjacent to the Catholic University of America, The Everton offers 158 rental units and approximately 16,530 square feet of retail space. The development features a courtyard pool terrace seamlessly integrated between a six-story and a four-story building, providing residents with premium amenities. Maurice Walters Architect Inc. provided comprehensive architectural services for this final phase of the Monroe Street Market Master Plan.

MWA also led the design and implementation of landlord work for a prominent grocery tenant, now occupied by Trader Joe’s, and provided Construction Administration through completion. Delivered in 2021, The Everton is LEED Certified under the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction: New Construction rating system, reflecting a commitment to sustainable, high-performance design.
