Mr. Walters, with expertise in the design of large scale urban residential and mixed-use projects, has over thirty seven years of experience on projects with a wide range of size, scale, and typology.
Mr. Walters earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland. He founded Maurice Walters Architect, Inc in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Walters was a Partner at Torti Gallas and Partners. He is a licensed architect in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, California, New York, North Carolina and South Carolina.
