The Baldwin is a 100% Affordable Housing community centrally located on DC’s eclectic H Street Corridor. The site sits at 1300 H Street NE, on the northeast corner of the intersection of H Street and 13th Street, NE, and is a new 5-story mixed-use building with approximately 5,200 square feet of retail space and 33 rental apartment dwelling units and related amenities. Maurice Walters Architect provided full architectural services. The project completed construction in December of 2018 and was awarded Enterprise Green Communities in January 2020.
