Situated in the vibrant heart of Bethesda, MD, this 23-story, Art Deco-inspired mixed-use apartment building redefines luxury living. Set between St. Elmo Avenue and Fairmont Avenue, the project replaces a series of low-rise commercial buildings with a thoughtfully designed high-rise. The building offers a range of amenities, including private and public terraces and a rooftop pool.

Maurice Walters Architect Inc. served as the Architect of Record, managing the design process from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration. In addition to leading the 4.1 site plan approval process and designing the unit floor plans, MWA coordinated closely with Design Architect David M. Schwarz Architects, Inc. to bring the project to life. Construction began in Fall 2021, with completion anticipated in Fall 2024.
