Historic Building Residential Conversion at 2512 Q Street NW, Washington, D.C.

Located at 2512 Q Street NW in Washington, D.C., this historic building was originally designed by A.H. Sonnemann and constructed in 1923. Maurice Walters Architect Inc. provided comprehensive architectural services for the conversion of the existing structure into 96 rental units and associated amenities.

MWA successfully guided the project through the approval processes of the Old Georgetown Board and the Commission of Fine Arts. The renovation was completed in December 2018, preserving the building's historic character while modernizing it for contemporary living.
