Maurice Walters Architect Inc. provided comprehensive architectural services for a segment of the Buchanan School site redevelopment in Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The project features 32 luxury townhomes, seamlessly integrated into the site through innovative planning.
A pedestrian mews connects the community to an adjacent condominium redevelopment, while carefully designed alleys enhance the vehicular arrival experience for residents. Buchanan Park was completed in the summer of 2018.
