The site is located at the southwest corner intersection of K St SW and 3rd St SW. It shall consist of a new 11-story rental apartment building with approximately 187 units and about 167,920 sf of above grade space. Parking is configured in 2 below grade levels with a landscaped courtyard above it. MWA successfully took 300 K St through a PUD amendment process with the DC Zoning Commission, and successfully obtained design approval from the DC Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB). 300 K St is the second phase of a two-building project. The first phase is 301 M St, an 187-unit apartment building that completed construction in 2018.
